Structural Insulated panels

SIP's are prefabricated off-site at our warehouse in Silver Springs, Nevada.  This allows for faster constructions and reduced labor costs. In comparision to the average stickframe build, SIPs cut labor in about half.

Our SIPs, made of magnesium oxide and poly foam. Magnesium oxide is a naturally occurring mineral and does not emit harmful gases or chemicals. The production process for these walls involves less energy, fewer greenhouse gases and they can even be recycled.

SIPs are very durable and resistant to water, fire, mold, mildew and pests. The composite construction of these panels distributes weight evenly, minimizing any stress concentrations and reducing risk of structural failure.
